Uber Settlement information and who's elegible.

Drivers who provided trips using the Uber Driver app in New York between November 10, 2014, and May 22, 2017, and had deductions for New York sales tax and Black Car Fund fees may be eligible to file a claim as part of the settlement between Uber and the Office of the New York State Attorney General (NYSAG).
