We are delighted to invite you to this year's NYSFTD Gala, a special evening celebrating remarkable New Yorkers whose commitment and service help keep our city strong, safe, and moving forward. This year's honorees are Dr. Ramon M. Tallaj (Founder & Chairman, SOMOS Community Care), Ira Goldstein (Executive Director, New York Black Car Fund), Ralph Bisceglia (CEO, American Transit Ins. Co.), and Tonino Sacco & Elias Fillas (Co-Founder/Supervising Partner, Sacco & Fillas, LLP).

NYSFTD's inaugural Gala brought together industry leaders, advocates, and drivers to celebrate the heart of New York's taxi industry. This 1st Annual Gala honored four distinguished New Yorkers: Jessica Tisch (Police Commissioner) for her dedication to public safety, Janno Lieber (MTA Chairman) for his leadership in transit infrastructure and accessibility, David Do (Taxi & Limousine Commissioner) for championing the city's ride-hailing and medallion communities, and Russell Maxwell (President of Medical Answering Service) for his commitment to emergency response and patient care coordination.
