NYC OATH Summonses

OATH (Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings) handles hearings for various NYC agencies and non-criminal accidents (e.g., vehicle-pedestrian incidents).

NYC Criminal Matters

Criminal court handles vehicular criminal matters such as driving with a suspended license/registration or reckless driving.

Discounted Rate:

$500 per case.

Traffic Violations Outside NYC

(Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester)

Cases outside of NYC are reviewed individually based on location.

Discounted Rate:

$250 per case for Nassau/Suffolk;
$350 for Westchester.

How to Submit Your Traffic Violation

(You must be an active member of NYSFTD to qualify for this benefit.)

The DST Representative
will:

Request your NYSFTD membership ID to confirm eligibility.
Collect your contact information and verify your email address.
Request a copy of all ticket violations and drivers license.

Submit Documents:

A clear copy of your valid driver’s license.
A copy of the official traffic violation ticket.
Violation tickets must be submitted before the judgment date listed on the ticket.

NYSFTD will verify the required documents

and forward them to the legal firm for review.

A confirmation email

will be sent to you by the legal firm with case details.

All summonses and fines are the driver’s responsibility and are in addition to legal fees incurred.
