Born and raised in the Bronx, Steven Rivera has dedicated 28 years to transforming the healthcare industry. In 2016, he co-founded Sentry Management Solutions, revolutionizing the management of non-emergency medical transportation. In 2021, Sentry became the first NYS-certified minority-owned business to secure the largest contract in MTA history.
A NYC native from a Dominican family, Germaine established his first company at age 19 in Marketing and Advertising. He studied International Business and Economics at New Jersey City University, earning his M.B.A. from Baruch College. His strong leadership skills and penchant for streamlining corporate systems make him ideal to bring NYSFTD's collective vision to life.
